Twice this past weekend, Brad made us a homemade rendition of an Egg McMuffin. I’ve always enjoyed breakfast sandwiches, but I had never actually had this classic Mickey D’s dish until last summer. I automatically fell in love. Add in the fact that Eat This, Not That sees it as one of the best fast-food breakfasts around, and it sealed my love forever.
Brad opted for a bagel, and it’s delicious either way. Okay, so it isn’t perfect aesthetically, but it really doesn’t matter when you’re digging in. We also brewed some coffee and I had mine on ice, and it made for a terrific way to start the day. If only everyday could start with tasty breakfasts, Brad, and iced coffee.
